We require that you have acquired any digital work that you wish to re-sell on Bitmunk legally. The digital contentmust be a high-quality representation with no audio or visual artifacts, and the creator or owner of the work must have agreed to have it distributed on Bitmunk. These are some of the acquisition means that we approve of:
- Purchase of the original work from Bitmunk.
- Digital rip from CD audio that you have acquired legally.
- Digital rip from DVD video that you have acquired legally.
- Digital rip from an original source (DAT, VHS, Video LP, HDTV, etc) that you have acquired legally.
In short, as long as you have acquired the work legally and it is of good quality, you may offer it for sale on the network. Keep in mind that buyers may file complaints against you if you distribute low-quality work on the network. This can result in fines or your selling privileges being revoked, so make sure you provide high-quality representations of the digital work.
