Artist Selling Content On Bitmunk

From DBWiki

Jump to: navigation, search

This help topic assumes that you have created a Bitmunk account and have already verified your status as a content creator by sending us a Individual Creator Registration Form. What follows is a step-by-step guide to selling your creations on Bitmunk:

  1. Login to Bitmunk.
  2. Register your creative work (songs, albums, software or other digital file)
  3. Upload a high-quality file (for example, if it is an MP3, we recommend a 192Kbps-320Kbps variable bitrate MP3 - a 128Kbps constant bitrate MP3 is NOT high-quality).
  4. Edit the description for the creative work.
  5. Update your royalties for the creative work.
  6. Edit your licensing options
  7. Modify your distribution options
  8. Clear your creative work for sale

NOTE: Once you have completed this process, your work will be submitted to Bitmunk Customer Support for validation. We will make sure that all the information you entered is correct, if everything looks good on our end - we will make the work sellable on the network.

We will e-mail you when your work is live on the network. If there are any problems, Bitmunk Customer Support will contact you.

You may edit any information regarding your digital work at any time on Bitmunk, but what is described above is generally what creators want to modify before they start selling their content.
