A digital work's owner information should be a name, address and phone number or e-mail address of the person or company that own's the copyright and/or publishing rights to the work. Often times this is a traditional publisher, like a major record company or a book printing publisher.
Here is an example of owner information for an independent song or album:

This information is used when contacting the owner/publisher about selling their digital content through Bitmunk. Not entering this information will slow down the process of getting the work on Bitmunk.
