Bitmunk does not allow anonymous transactions because we are committed to protecting all of our users from fraud. This means that you must verify who you are before you are allowed to buy and sell on Bitmunk. It is a very simple process.
We currently have two methods of identity verification available to you.
- Verify using a credit card (easiest).
- Verify using a photocopied driver's license or other government issued card.
Once you have created a username and password and logged in, click on "Account Options" on your menu. Click "verify your identity" to verify your identity.
