Steganography is the practice of hiding one piece of information within another. The Bitmunk network uses steganography to embed your digital sales receipt inside the file that you have purchased, this information is called a digital watermark. All digital files contain unused bits of information that can be encoded in a way that is very difficult to detect and will not affect any application attempting to read or play the digital file.
